Interactive Totems in Gospić
The Tourist Board of Lika-Senj County has unveiled the first 2 of 14 planned interactive totems in the town of Gospić. These modern information boards are part of a county-wide project designed to celebrate the life and legacy of Nikola Tesla, who was born in the region.
Each totem provides visitors with insights into Tesla’s fascinating life as well as the cultural and natural beauty of the Lika region. A standout feature is the integration of AI technology—tourists can launch a unique application at each location and "chat" directly with a virtual Nikola Tesla, who serves as a knowledgeable guide through the county's attractions.
Through this innovative approach, Lika-Senj County offers a fresh, engaging way for visitors to explore local heritage and learn more about one of the world’s greatest inventors.
